Samsung will be launching the Galaxy M56 5G in India very soon and it will be the successor of the Galaxy M55 5G. The M56 5G is claimed to be 30 percent slimmer than older model. The device was also spotted on popular benchmarking site.

The Samsung Galaxy M56 5G will be unveiled in India on April 17, mentioned a post by the company on X. The device will be 7.2mm in its profile. However, the weight of the smartphone will remain the same as earlier. The older device weighs 180g and 7.8mm in thickness. The device is expected to launch in Amazon and is claimed to be thinnest in the segment. A promotional poster mentioned that the device will be placed between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000.

When it comes to RAM+ Storage configurations, the M55 5G device was offered in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB options. In terms of pricing, the device costs Rs 26,999, Rs 29,999 and Rs 32,999 respectively.

Samsung Galaxy M56 5G will get a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, and it will sport a sAMOLED+ screen. The display will offer 36 percent slimmer bezels.

When it comes to the camera module, the smartphone offers 50 -megapixel OIS-supported primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera will be a 12-megapixel front camera sensor. The device is expected to offer Android 15 with One UI out of the box.
